What are your opening hours?

We are open seven days a week, 10:00 to 20:00. Viewing is by appointment, so please call or message ahead and we will have the car ready for you.

Will you take my car in part exchange?

Yes. Send us the registration and current mileage and we will come back to you with a valuation and the difference to change.

Can you deliver a car to me?

Delivery and click and collect can be arranged. Ask us when you enquire and we will confirm what is possible for your location.

Because the floor is independent, it is chosen rather than allocated. Cars are bought on condition and specification, prepared here, and shown by appointment so you get the car — and someone who knows it — to yourself.

The floor is small enough that every car on it has been chosen. What follows from that is not a promise about condition — it is simply how the cars are put in front of you.

Presentation

Every car is prepared and photographed here before it goes up — most carry between forty and seventy photographs, shot on the floor rather than supplied by a previous owner.

Specification

The variant, the drivetrain, the fuel and the mileage are published as they are. Where a figure is not confirmed it is left out rather than estimated.

Time

Viewing is by appointment so the car is ready and unhurried when you arrive, and you are not sharing the floor with a queue.

Seven days a week, ten in the morning until eight at night. You get the car to yourself and someone who can actually talk you through it.

Finance, arranged here

Hire Purchase and PCP through a panel of lenders. We act as a credit broker, not a lender, and we charge you nothing for arranging it.

Part exchange

Bring your current car into the deal. Send the registration and mileage and we come back with a valuation and the difference to change.

We buy, too

We are always interested in acquiring the kind of cars we stock — whether or not you are buying one from us.

Delivery and collection

Delivery and click and collect can be arranged, so distance need not rule a car out. Ask when you enquire.

Electric and hybrid

A substantial part of the floor is electric or hybrid. We will talk you through range, charging and running costs before you commit.
